On your workout dashboard, you’ll find all the details for your workout, including the number of exercises for the day, estimated time, required equipment, targeted muscle groups, workout instructions, and more. Simply scroll down in the dashboard to view all the information you need.

Yes, you can restart your workout at any time. Simply go to your workout dashboard, select the current session, and click “Restart Workout” to begin again from the start.

To access our workouts, simply sign up for a Trainest membership.

Yes, you can. Simply go to the workout calendar and click on the skipped workouts you’d like to complete.

Yes, you can set your workout schedule before starting your program. Simply select the days you’re available, choose your preferred start date, and click “”Confirm Date”” to save your changes.

Yes, of course! If you feel like doing a workout on a scheduled rest day, simply select a past or future workout via the workout calendar and complete the desired workout.

You can track essential workout metrics, including calories burned, heart rate, exercise time, and overall performance.

To update your schedule,, select the gear icon from your workout dashboard and select the “Current Program” option. This will direct you to the details of your current workout program where you can select the “Update Schedule” button and complete the scheduling workflow

To start your workout program, go to your workouts dashboard and click on “View Workout” to access the workout overview. Select “Start Workout” to begin tracking your session. Once you’ve completed all the exercises, click “Save and End” to record your performance. All your workout metrics and performance will be saved.

You can track your workouts, sync data seamlessly with the Trainest app, and view key metrics like heart rate, calories burned, and workout duration in real time.

Yes. You can modify reps, sets, or the weight of your equipment during your workout. Simply click on the current reps or sets, adjust them to your preference, and click “Update” to save the changes.

If you miss a workout, the next time you open the Trainest app you will be alerted to the missed workout and you can choose to reschedule the workout manually.

During your workouts, you’ll receive audio cues and access to both short and detailed video demonstrations to guide you through each exercise. For those who prefer written instructions, a written demo is also available for every exercise, ensuring you have the support you need in your preferred format.

No problem! If you miss a workout, we will either automatically reschedule the workout to your calendar or you can manually reschedule your missed workout for a day that works for you!

During your workouts, simply select an exercise and click the 3 dot icon in the middle right hand side of the screen and then select “Video”.

If you miss multiple workouts, you can catch up using the Workout Calendar to redo skipped sessions. However, for optimal results, we suggest redoing the assessment and adjusting your schedule to better fit your lifestyle and available time.

To access written exercise instructions during your workouts, select an exercise and click the 3 dot icon in the middle right hand side of the screen and then select “Instructions”.

Trainest offers a detailed workout overview, including exercise descriptions, sets, reps, and rest times. You can plan your sessions ahead of time and have a clear understanding of what to expect before you start.

You can choose from verbal notifications for the next exercise, beep alerts for start and end times, or detailed instructions for each exercise. To customize your audio preferences, click on the workout settings in the upper-right corner and select “Audio Preferences.” From there, toggle on your preferred audio options to enhance your workout experience.

Yes, Trainest offers automatic tracking to move from one exercise to the next seamlessly. To enable this, go to workout settings, select “Tracking Options”, and choose “Auto” You can also opt for Hybrid or Manual modes based on your preference.

In Hybrid Mode, timed exercises are tracked automatically, while other exercises are tracked at your pace. In Manual Mode, you control the transition between exercises, allowing you to move entirely at your own pace.

The workout calendar allows you select specific days to view your scheduled, completed, and skipped workouts. This helps you maintain consistency and stay on top of your fitness routine.

Yes, you can skip a workout. Simply click on “View Workout,” and you’ll see a “Skip” button in the upper-left corner of the workout overview. Click it and confirm your decision to skip the workout.

To cancel your current workout program, select the gear icon from your workout dashboard and select the “Current Program” option. This will direct you to the details of your current workout program where you can select the “Cancel Program” button and complete the cancellation workflow.
