The Check-in feature allows you to track your body weight, composition, measurements and upload progress photos in order to record your progress on your way to achieving your goals..

The four check-in categories are:

1. Body weight
2. Body composition – body water percentage, body fat percentage, lean body mass, and bone mass
3. Body measurements – chest, biceps, waist, hips, thighs, and calves circumference
4. Progress photos – front, back, and side profiles

Yes, you can customize which of the four main check-in categories you track as well as specify which metrics within each category you wish to track.

Click the gear icon to access the check-in settings and enable each metric you want to track.

Yes. You can customize the frequency of your scheduled check-in date with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options. You can also choose which day of the week you want to complete your check-ins.

Green – you have completed tracking your check-in metrics
Blue – you have partially completed tracking your check-in metrics
Red – you have not recorded any check-in metrics on your scheduled check-in day

Go to the Check-in section and tap on the gear icon in the top right portion of your screen. Then, select Check-in Schedule.

Yes, you can check in on dates with no scheduled check-ins, but you cannot perform check-ins for future dates or earn Trainest points on un-scheduled days.

Go to the Progress section and select the Check-in banner. Find the check-in card with the date that you want to delete and click the trash can icon in the top-right corner and confirm.

Yes, you can receive notifications on your phone when you have a scheduled check-in. You can the toggle the check-in notifications on or off by going to the Main Settings options and selecting the Notifications option.
