The program is designed by our certified trainers and delivered directly to the Trainest app, where users can track their workouts seamlessly.

Trainest Premium has a 14-day free trial, then costs $49.99/month or $40/month when billed annually ($479.99). Trainest also offers free features like nutrition tracking, check-ins, and progress monitoring.

After signing up, you’ll complete a workout assessment where you’ll share your goals, fitness level, and any medical conditions. Our certified trainers will then create a personalized program just for you, which will be available in your Trainest app for easy tracking.

Go to Settings, click on Trainest Premium, select your Current Program, then choose Cancel Program to terminate your active program.

You can manage your membership through the Trainest app or Trainest website. If you originally subscribed via the Trainest app then your subscription will be managed through the app and the Apple Store or Google Play Store. If you originally subscribed via the Trainest website, then you can manage your subscription through our website
