Find answers about viewing and tracking your progress.

Yes, you can find all your historical calorie and macronutrient goals within the Progress section of the app.
Once within the Progress section, select the Nutrition card, upon which you will see the section titled “Macronutrient Adjustments”
Each card listed here will include the details of your historical calorie and macronutrient goals, the number of days you tracked towards that goal, the beginning and end date for those goals, and the type of goal (for example, custom calories, Smart Suggest, etc.)

Yes, we care about your progress as much as you do!
To see your Nutrition Chart, go to “Progress”, click on the Nutrition card, then open “Nutrition Overview”.
You can compare the calories or macros you have consumed as presented in the specific bar graphs.

You’ll have the option to compare 5, 10, or 30 days worth of nutrition data.

You’ll earn Trainest Points based on your weekly progress. For now you can only earn Trainest Points, however you will be able to exchange these points in the future and redeem them for discounts or coupons in the marketplace.

Trainest Points are earned through the following:

For Nutrition, you earn points on a weekly basis by tracking within 10% of your daily calorie goals. The points will be credited on the Monday of the following week.

For Check-ins, points are earned when you track your check-in metrics on your scheduled check-in day.

To see your check-in progress, go to the “Progress” section of the app and select the Check-in banner. Once on the Check-in Progress page, select the three dots in the top-right corner and click “Charts.” Here, you’ll find all the check-in charts showcasing your progress.

Yes, there is. The app allows you to compare two dates side-by-side.

To do so, open any check-in progress card, then click Compare. Then, select the dates you want for the “Before” and “After” sections by clicking on the calendar icon.

Alternatively, you can also access the Compare feature via the 3 dot option in the top-right corner of the Check-in Progress page.

To see your check-in progress, go to the “Progress” section of the app. Click “Hydration” and then, you’ll see here your daily hydration progress cards.

Yes, you can track your hydration progress over time. Head to the “Progress” section, click the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Charts” to view it.

Yes, to access your hydration goal history, head to the “Progress” section. Click “Hydration,” then the three dots in the top right corner and select “Goal History.”
