You can connect or disconnect your wearable device and relevant health data by following these steps:
Go to settings
Click “Preferences”
Click “Connect” on Connect HealthKit or Connect Google Fit.
Note that currently Trainest only supports Apple Health on iOS and Google Fit on Android.
Don’t worry, though. We are planning to add Fitbit and Samsung Health connections later.
